Star City Amusements Soft-tip Ladies Darts competition was hosted at Ronny G’s in the Woodlands, August 3, 2019. Local and surrounding area ladies showed up in full force to compete among 20 teams.
Kaycee Rae from the Cypress area and Janie Ramos of Austin, came in 1st Place. This was not after a formidable battle against opponents Cindy Davis-Justinger and Meagan Cervantes, securing 2nd place, and Helen Aaron with Kristy Davis, who took 3rd place.
The competition was neither easy nor were there any sure winners as the darters vied for their positions. Bringing in 4th place were Chasity Moore and Katey Qualls, Belinda Luke and Fran Wheaton with 5th place, while 6th place went to Starla Smith and Shayla Owens.
This proved to be good practice under pressure for many that will be competing at the AMOT Texas State Darts Tournament, which is just around the corner.
Congratulations to all who represented, shot well and competed to split over $1300 in tournament winnings!
